Introduction to Acts 9:10-17 The Lord's call leads us to a great experience in the sense of understanding how much our God wants to use us in his Project. Answering the call and being willing to obey without hesitation makes us realize the Power of God in our instrumentality. Ananias' experience of instrumentality makes us understand how important it is to be under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and in a position to be an instrument to save sinful man. Development The goal of God's Project is Salvation. Our God has prepared many vessels to place his power in them, not taking into account their limitations or the path they have traveled, but pouring out the Grace of the Lord Jesus to transform and change their journey. The Lord has separated each one of us and has eliminated our limitations with the operation of the Holy Spirit in order to reach other lives. This is what the Lord did with Ananias, who was filled with the Spirit and saw a vision. How important the Spiritual Gifts are in the life of the servant, always bringing God's message, guidance on how to walk, revealing the depths of hearts. Ananias received all the guidance, nothing was hidden. The Word says that the Lord our God will do nothing without first revealing it to his servants. How wonderful! The Lord showed the purpose of Ananias going to meet Saul, to pray for his life so that God's will for him could be fulfilled. But what was Ananias' position? Did he back down? Not at all! Ananias said, "Here I am" This is the desire of the Holy Spirit, it is the key that unlocks the windows of heaven so that the Power of God can be poured out on us, and so that we can contemplate the redemptive work of the living God who speaks to the heart of man. However, impediments will always exist, they come from all sides to impose themselves on God's plan in our lives and in the lives of those who will be added. Ananias was about to meet the man who persecuted his brothers and even consented to their deaths. It's not easy to take the Word to those who often offend us, to the co-worker who is always persecuting us, to the neighbor who is always in trouble. Ananias obeyed, he didn't listen to what was external, there was an objective, to pray for Saul's life and lay hands on him so that the Lord's blessing would be complete in Saul's life. Conclusion of Acts 9:10-17 As vessels, we have a purpose before the Lord: 2 Cor 4:7 - "But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us." Brother Saul was just another vessel of the Lord, we are also another vessel of the Lord, we are privileged, because we carry within us a great treasure which is the power of God for the salvation of many lives.
